All the staff was great, resolved my issues. The room was clean, the beds were great, I liked it.

it was incredible base for traveling to san juan del sur, i was glad to stay there. i really enjoyed the room, the bed was comfortable. the location was great, just 5 minutes walk from old lighthouse trail. it also was in the middle of jackson.

The location is superb, with everything within walking distance, including the beach and other amazing beaches. The hotel is also close to the center of town, making it very convenient. The rooms have great amenities, such as king-sized beds, flat-screen TVs, and ocean views. The service is impeccable, with friendly staff. The included breakfast offers a variety of options, from pancakes to traditional Nicaraguan breakfast. The hotel also has a pool and a restaurant on-site.

The only downside is that there was some construction work going on, causing sawdust to be present outside and preventing guests from enjoying breakfast on the balconies.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just across the town's seaside main street and next to the post office. It was so close to many other amazing beaches that the pool didn't matter that much. We loved that it was close to everything we wanted to see and do. The hotel I stayed at during my city trip offered complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi, which was great. The location was perfect as it was close to all of the shops and restaurants. Additionally, the hotel was right across the street from the beach, which was both convenient and enjoyable.
